Super Air Jet Flies First to Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport

 


Banda Aceh, Indonesia Herald - Super Air Jet airline officially opened the Jakarta-Aceh route and vice versa. The airplane is expected to promote tourism in the westernmost region of Indonesia. 

Super Air Jet made its first flight to Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar, on Friday (14/6/2024). The airline will fly every day with a schedule of Jakarta-Aceh at 10.55 WIB and Aceh Jakarta at 14.20 WIB. 

"We certainly hope that this airline company (Super Air Jet) can establish cooperation in terms of strengthening the promotion of tourism and Aceh culture to the wider community. What's more, Super Air Jet is under a large aviation group," said Pj Sekda Aceh, Azwardi when reading the remarks of Pj Governor of Aceh, Bustami. 

Azwardi hopes that the presence of Super Air Jet can drive the economy, especially during the implementation of PON XXI in September. When PON takes place, thousands of guests will be present to watch the biggest sporting event in the country. 

"In addition to competing and watching the matches, they will also enjoy the beauty of Aceh tourism. This opportunity certainly cannot be missed. For this reason, we hope that Super Air Jet airlines can take part in the success of PON. Thus, Aceh is increasingly encouraged to be able to appear as a good host, in order to support the lively sports competitions in our country," explained Azwardi. (ful/InfoPublik.id)
