Lumajang - A number of musicians enlivened the Mahameru Rock Concert 2023 event at Lumajang's Sport Park South Square on Sunday (1/10/2023) night.
Hari Susiyati, Assistant for Economic and Development of Lumajang District Secretary, said that Mahameru Concert 2023 was a gathering event between musicians and music communities in Lumajang District.
According to her, such an event can increase the creativity of the younger generation to keep working and contributing to the music industry in Lumajang District.
"Through this event, it is expected to increase the motivation of the younger generation to be rich in the music sector so that it has a role in regional development," he said.
Meanwhile, Rudy Cannibal revealed that he was grateful for the support of the Lumajang District Government and Bank Jatim as well as the performers who had helped make the Mahameru Rock Concert 2023 a success.
"This kind of event will hopefully be held in the following year. We hope the government will always support this event, as we regenerate musicians in Lumajang," he concluded.(MC Kab. Lumajang/Fd/An-m)
