Jakarta, Indonesia Sentinel - A total of 7,452 hajj pilgrims in batch II returned to the country on Sunday (30/7/2023). The pilgrims departed for their homeland from Amir Muhammad bin Abdul Aziz Airport (AMAA) Madinah.
"The 7,452 pilgrims are members of 20 flight groups," explained Hajj Media Center Coordinator (MCH) PPIH Center Dodo Murtado in a press statement in Jakarta, Sunday (07/30/2023).
The following is the schedule for the arrival of Hajj pilgrims today July 30, 2023 in a number of debarkations:
1. Makassar debarkation (UPG) group 37, 38 and 39 arrived at 01.25 WIB, 05.05 WIB and 17.30 Wib
2. Jakarta Pondok Gede (JKG) debarkation (kloter 63 and 62) arrived at 10:20 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. respectively.
3. Solo (SOC) debarkation group 83, 96, 84, and 85 arrived at 01.40 a.m., 06.40 a.m., 13.50 p.m., and 18.25 p.m. respectively.
4. Jakarta Bekasi (JKS) debarkation group 66 arrived at 19.30 WIB
5. Padang debarkation (PDG) 15 group 15 arrived at 02.55 WIB
6. Lombok (LOP) debarkation group 10 arrived at 08.50 WIB
7. Batam debarkation (BTH) group 29 arrived at 06.35 WIB
8. Kertajati debarkation (KJT) group 22 arrived at 08.25 WIB
9. Aceh debarkation (BTJ) group 12 arrived at 08.55 WIB
10. Surabaya debarkation (SUB) group 74 arrived at 14.30 WIB.

1. Surabaya debarkation (SUB) group 75 arrived at 14.45 WIB
2. Palembang Debarkation (PLM) group 21 arrived at 17.50 WIB
3. Balikpapan debarkation (BPN) group 18 arrived at 21.10 WIB;
4. Jakarta Bekasi (JKS) debarkation group 67 arrived at 18.30 WIB
On the 69th day of Hajj operations, until July 29, 2023 at 24.00 WIB, 179,178 hajj pilgrims have arrived in the country, joined in 471 flight groups (kloter).
The planned departure of pilgrims and officers from the Holy Land to the country tomorrow, July 31, 2023, totals 6,092 people or 17 flight groups with the following details:
1) Surabaya Debarkation (SUB) 75 as many as 450 people
2) Palembang Debarkation (PLM) 21 as many as 360 people
3) Balikpapan Debarkation (BPN) 18 as many as 299 people
4) Jakarta Bekasi (JKS) Debarkation 67 as many as 400 people
5) Surabaya Debarkation (SUB) 73 as many as 400 people
6) Jakarta Bekasi (JKS) 68 debarkation as many as 480 people
7) Surabaya Debarkation (SUB) 76 as many as 450 people
8) Solo (SOC) Debarkation 86 as many as 360 people
9) Banjarmasin Debarkation (BDJ) 16 as many as 327 people
10) Padang Debarkation (PDG) 16 as many as 393 people
11) Makassar Debarkation (UPG) 40 as many as 393 people
12) Solo Debarkation (SOC) 87 as many as 360 people
13) Solo Debarkation (SOC) 97 as many as 280 people

"The number of pilgrims who died until July 29, 2023 at 24.00 WIB was 756 people," he said.
He added, PPIH Saudi Arabia conducted a visitation to KKHI Madinah to see firsthand the condition of Indonesian pilgrims who were treated. According to him, in general, many hajj pilgrims have returned to their respective groups, including pilgrims who have been translated;
"The chicken porridge menu service for elderly pilgrims is still being provided, so far the pilgrims' interest in the chicken porridge menu is quite high," added Dodo.
